Topographical – survey

The process for the completion of the topographic survey includes the indication of the boundaries of the property by the owner, the mapping of them using a geodetic gps by the engineer and their depiction by design in a dependent network of EGSA ’87 coordinates. The mapping includes, beyond the boundaries of the parcel of land, the indication of the buildings and other structures within it.

What documents are needed for the implementation of my topographic survey?

The necessary documents we need for the implementation of the study are the following:

  • Copy of police ID or passport
  • Statement of assets (E9)
  • Title deeds (contract)
  • Old topographic map design

In what cases is it required?

In any case of legal action (purchase, sale, transfer, etc.)

For the inclusion of the plot in the National Land Register

For the demarcation of the parcel of land in the state coordinate system EGSA ’87
