The architects of our department are constantly developing new techniques and technologies in order to modernize existing buildings, according to your wishes. In collaboration with the civil engineers of our company, we improve the static adequacy of buildings and their resistance over time. The necessary permits are implemented and we are present during construction supervision in collaboration with the rest of our company’s engineers.
What documents are needed when starting work?
The necessary documents we need are the following:
- Copy of police ID or passport
- Statement of assets (E9)
- Title deeds (contract)
- Building permit file
- Arbitrary Regulation / Legalization
