Legalizations – Arbitrary Settlements
If it is found that there are arbitrary constructions on your property, then you can make them legal in two ways:
a) Any arbitrary constructions that have been carried out until 28/7/2011 are subject to Law 4495/2017 on their regularization, as long as they meet the required criteria.
b) Any arbitrary works that have been carried out after 28/7/2011 can be legalized by issuing the corresponding permit, after ensuring that they comply with the provisions of the urban planning legislation.
What documents are needed to implement the file?
The necessary documents we need are the following:
- Copy of police ID or passport
- Statement of assets (E9)
- Title deeds (contract)
- Old topographic map design
- Building permit / Architectural Plans or other approvals
- Arbitrary Regulation / Legalization
- Number of electricity & water supply
- Evidence for the temporal implementation of arbitrary constructions
In what cases is it required?
In any case of legal action (purchase, sale, transfer, etc.).
For the issuance of a building permit or any other licensing.
