What is required to register my property?
The necessary documents we need to complete the file so that it is ready for registration are the following:
- Copy of police ID or passport
- Statement of assets (E9)
- Title deeds (contract)
- Contract transfer certificate
- Topographic diagram or geolocation of a plot of land
