Starting with the architectural proposal and the 3D presentation to you, we are guided towards the completion of the desired solution. Immediately after your selection of the final result, a check of the remaining studies is prepared and then the architectural study is sent for approval to the required services. After the approvals, all other studies are carried out: static study, electrical study, heating-cooling study, water supply-drainage study, fire safety study, accessibility study and energy efficiency study, and finally the building permit is issued.
