The small plot area and the steep slope of it, led to the design of a maisonette that fully utilizes the allowed sizes. In order to take advantage of the slopes of the plot, the building is three-storey on the facade, creating pilotis on the ground floor, while from the back it is two-storey . The ground floor is used as a parking and storage area, while the entrance is created in front of them. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms with their bathrooms. The living room, the kitchen and the dining room are located on the 2nd floor, so that the view is better utilized and they have direct communication with the roof, which is used as the main relaxation area. Morphologically, two different colors were selected, as well as the stone cladding on the projected volumes. The surrounding area was chosen for the most part to be planted and designed in such a way, as to create different levels.
