The demolition of the old stone building was the reason for the design of a new two-storey house, with morphological influences from the original building, utilizing its old stones. The new building was placed on the street, creating an apartment on the ground floor with access from it. A staircase was designed on the sides of the building, adapted to the heights of the surrounding area. The entrance to the second apartment is through the backyard through an elevated terrace. In the yard, some planting flower beds were created, while in the rest of the area, the natural soil remained. The building, although now constructed with concrete, has retained its exterior stone, using the existing ones, thus better harmonizing with the morphological patterns of the traditional settlement.
