The field is located by the sea. Inside the plot there is already a ground floor house. In extension of this and functionally combined, a new two-storey building was designed, which was placed on the sea side. In the existing building, interior arrangements are being made to create a bedroom and a kitchen. In addition, energy structure is upgraded and the final facades are adapted to the morphology of the new building.

On the ground floor of the new house was designed the living room in visual contact to the kitchen, while on the first floor was placed the second bedroom and the bathroom. Also, the two buildings are connected to each other by the creation of a single paved terrace, which is shaded by a pergola.
