The general idea and basic condition was that the building of the residence and the configurations of the surrounding area should be integrated into the natural relief, so as not to visually alter the landscape. For this reason, all the height differences that are created and shape the levels are defined by stone walls, so that they harmonize with the rest of the traditional settlement. In accordance with the owners’ desire for a ground-floor building with a basement, the residence is morphologically divided into two functionally connected volumes, with a small height difference.

The sides of the two volumes are chosen to have the same colors and morphological characteristics, so that they form a single whole. The residence on the ground floor will consist of a single dining room – kitchen, the living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a W.C. The basement will include the parking area and some auxiliary uses. At a distance from the front of the building, a stone wall will be built, which will define the terrace of the residence and in the configuration accessed from the kitchen, an outdoor oven and grill will be built.
