The ground-floor building includes two residences, where each of them consists of a single living-dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The specific location of the building was chosen to ensure a view towards the sea and access the field with a smooth slope. Around the perimeter of the houses, a cemented level is formed, which will be used as a courtyard area and as a car parking area. The two residences are built within the same volume of the building, but have separate entrances. A recess is created on the southwest facade, which is covered with glass to allow natural light to penetrate and morphologically breaks up the building’s single volume. This recess functions as a semi-outdoor area of ​​the two houses which also has a communal bbq.
