The design of this particular residence was mainly based on the creation of a core, which will separate the residence from the parking area, but at the same time will allow their communication. This core was designed as a glass space between the two uses, through which one can access the basement and the terrace, without entering the other spaces. The two areas designed as two different volumes, but with the same materials and colors and with the difference that a stone volume was added to the residence at a different level, to accommodate the living room.
