In a two-story maisonette, there was a requirement to create two independent apartments. In the ground floor apartment, a single entrance area, living room, dining room and kitchen were designed, while the bedroom and the bathroom were placed separately. The single space aims to have multiple uses, which have the ability to be separated, but at the same time coexist. Thus, all the furniture was designed from the same materials so that there is unity, but at the same time through perforated partitions the privacy of the spaces is achieved. In the first floor apartment, due to its small area, a studio was designed, where the bedroom area is subtly separated from the other uses. In order to use the most of the space, the kitchen counters are integrated with the dining room and shape the outline of the living room, as well as the separation of the bedroom.
