The ground floor house and the building of the parking lot were designed on the slope of the mountain, overlooking three seas. The building of the house is placed with such an orientation that it utilizes the natural lighting and has the large windows towards the view. Upon entering the interior first there is the living room with the dining room and in separate areas the kitchen, the office, the bedrooms and the bathrooms. In a short distance from the house, the parking lot is created, the roof of which is adapted to the terrain. The surrounding area was formed to create a protected courtyard between the two buildings and a living area near them, with the aim of visually exploiting the view.
