The main target was to create three independent buildings, which will create a single complex of rented furnished apartments. Initially, the placement of the buildings was chosen in such a way, that they delimit a single surrounding space for the leisure of all tenants. The buildings are from stone, in order to fit into the natural environment of the area. Each apartment corresponds to a certain courtyard area, oriented with a view to the sea and the settlement. In the main building, was placed a reception area.

Three modules were designed and take advantage of the environment. Specifically, the first is the parking lot, the second is the pool area and the third is the barbeque area. Each apartment will have access to all sections through the paths, which will converge in the center, in the reception area.
