The office building of “Kriton” company was designed in this particular spot, so that most of the office spaces have a south and east orientation and take advantage of the natural lighting. On the north side of the building, the atrium was designed, surrounded by glass facades and cloisters, which includes an outdoor seating area. The purpose of this space is the feeling that joins the exterior with the interior spaces and the exploitation of natural lighting in the spaces that lack of it.

In order to make better use of the microclimate during the summer season, a water surface was designed in front of the facade, which contributes to cooling the building. Outside, the building is surrounded by planting areas, terraces and paths. Internally, all the office spaces were placed on the shared corridor, while the meeting room was placed facing the atrium.
