On the lowland plot located on the border of the settlement, a ground floor house was designed and in a small distance another building that includes the parking lot and the warehouse, too. A stuffed terrace is inserted between the two buildings, which allows communication between them. Also, the two building volumes are joined by a roof, which begins by covering the corridor of the house and continues ending in the building of the parking lot. As for the residence, the corridor separates the living areas from the private areas of the bedrooms and the main bathroom. The design of the two separate buildings was chosen to avoid the creation of a large ground floor volume, which morphologically would not harmonize with the other buildings in the settlement. Due to the large area of the plot, around the buildings and the paved terrace, a wall is created to delimit the configuration of the surrounding area, creating living spaces and paths.
