The narrow shape of the plot and the existence of other buildings within it, resulted in a limited design in the location of the new buildings. For this reason, it was chosen to place the three two-storey buildings with a turn, in order to take advantage of the courtyard and the view to the sea. The three stone buildings were designed at different levels to adapt to the slopes of the road and to define the separate entrance and the surrounding area in each of them. The three rooms on the ground floor have a courtyard and the rooms of the 1st floors have an open balcony facing the sea.
