The plot includes a ground-floor listed building, to which a floor is to be added. The existing ground floor will be used for the living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Accordingly, the old loft will be converted into a normal floor and will include a bathroom and two bedrooms. The entrance to the building from the square side and the facades of the existing building will be kept as they are, with minimal alterations to the openings. On the existing facades, where they are plastered, the coating is removed and then the stone is cleaned and grouted. The ascent to the floor is via an internal staircase in the center of the floor plan. The projection of the floor is designed to visually differentiate the old from the new. An open porch is placed in the center of the facade, which serves the floor and at the same time functions as a shelter for the ground floor entrance. The openings of the floor have been designed in such a way as to create symmetry with the existing ones of the ground floor. On the north-east side, a terrace is created, on which a wooden pergola and a built-in bench are designed. The colors are chosen similar to the shades of the stones, in order to be consistent with the existing building.
