Since the residences are part of a declared monument protection area, the main condition was the preservation of the traditional element and their inclusion in the colors of the natural landscape. For this reason the buildings were chosen to be from stone with the stone to be visible both externally and internally. In order to create four apartments and two studios, a small neighborhood was created between them.

Each apartment has its own private relaxation area, while at the same time stoas, outdoor spaces and parking lots have been designed for shared use. The apartments are arranged in two two-story buildings, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The studios are designed at a short distance from the two-story buildings and are integrated with them through the stoa. The roof above the stoa is used by the apartments of the floors as a balcony, providing a view towards the sea.
