The building as a whole is placed on the field in such a way that the large height difference that exists between the natural ground and the streets does not hinder the natural lighting and air cooling of the residence. Both the building and the configurations around it have been designed with the aim of their maximum integration into the terrain morphology, while remaining functional in use. To avoid the creation of a large volume, some oncoplastic protrusions were designed in the building. Also, for reasons of protection from natural lighting, a fixed shading system was proposed at a distance from the house and in continuation of the ledges. In addition, vertically to the horizontal shading system, shading systems have been designed that can be drawn according to the time of use of the terrace. The basement space is visible only from the north-east side, on which there will be two openings for natural lighting and air cooling of the spaces. The other sides are a continuation of the paneled veranda, so that they are not visually separated. The entrance of the residence includes the staircase area to the basement and the door for entering the interior of the residence. Entering the residence we are in the open space of the kitchen with the dining room and the living room, which has a discharge to the terrace through a semi-outdoor space and to one of the balconies. From the kitchen area there is also access to the pantry, while through corridors can access the bedrooms and the shared bathroom.
