The two-story building consists of three independent residences, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, as well as a basement utility room. The building is placed closest to the rear boundary of the plot to ensure privacy, distance from the street disturbance and the required length to create a road to the basement area. All the residences are placed within the same building volume, while the entrance with the staircase and elevator is planned centrally. In front of the building’s central entrance and in distance from it, a stone wall is designed, thus creating a communal outdoor living area.

Each of the two apartments on the ground floor has access to an external terrace, while the apartment on the first floor has four balconies. Morphologically, the facades have been designed in such a way as to visually give the impression that the single building is divided into three different volumes. The two apartments on the ground floor include a single living-kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor apartment consists of a single living room – kitchen – dining room, three bedrooms, a W.C., a storage room and a bathroom.
